Permit Conditions - The person to whom permit is issued is presumed to be responsive for appropriate permit use, including guest pass. Permits are nontransferable and are valid for the applicable vehicle registered above only. Vehicle and driver's license registration address must coincide with the residential address of applicant above. Property owners are required to return permits and notify city when moving. Renters are required to return permit to the property owner or city when moving. Violation of the above or any section of ACC 10.41 will result in revocation of permit. Applicant will not be eligible for replacement permits for a period of one year.
